the simple answer is to set up the equipment as the manufacture says to. if you don't have what is needed like AC and filtation, then you need to do that. why try to do a work around and do it all wrong?
seems like a really bad idea as paying by the foot means they will push things thru to get paid, hence more mistakes or substandard work. then who is it that tracks and measures the materials? added work that must be tracked and verified. sounds like more trouble than it is worth.
nope, what the OP is missing is is the top one in composer is showing the size or the graphic. one the plot page is is showing the material used. it adds in material lead ins so it always is a little more material used than the size of the graphic
