are you sure about about that? if that was the case, no shop would have to be a UL shop

there are laminates that might work but since they don't need real wood, why not direct print onto HDU a wood seamless print? you get the depth and the look

the simple answer is to set up the equipment as the manufacture says to. if you don't have what is needed like AC and filtation, then you need to do that. why try to do a work around and do it all wrong?

nope, what the OP is missing is is the top one in composer is showing the size or the graphic. one the plot page is is showing the material used. it adds in material lead ins so it always is a little more material used than the size of the graphic

as far as I know Gerber adds on for material usage for lead ins of foil
