this again....
if there is any question about what outgassing does. go print a full coverage panel, lam it right away and install it.
then do it after outgassing. if you say you cant tell the difference you are either daft, inexperienced or lying.
**sidenote, this only applies to solvent base...
do whats best for your shop and your "warranty". we have only wrapped several hundred sprinters in our short life as a company (30 of them last month alone) so we are still trying to figure it out ourselves.
its also 3M approved and specified in their tech bulletin.
regardless if 380 stays for you it will still pull color on most if not all eco sol and or latex printers.
you are missing a very large part of your argument. across the pond, people are willing to pay for it to be done correctly. here they are not. they are a losing proposition.
and stop listening to justin pate so much.
it really is the only safe way. black or white sprinters are really not that bad as its a neutral color. you can always strip them if it bothers the customer but again, educating them as to why your doing it usually is all you need to do.
we are strictly a B TO B company. all B TO C work is respectfully refused on the initial phone call.
i get hundreds of calls for these a week. i can tell by the sound of their voice when they say the first word, what they want. no joke. i kindly ask them if they are requesting a color change...
