I have a print that's 7 years old sitting 30' up in the air, zero fading on it, printed on a JV33..... no lam. No comparison. Even if you squeak out 2 years that's pretty bad...

I answered your question. You bought the wrong equipment, anything you produce for outdoor use will be subpar. Your Amex card just got you into a whole new world of headaches. lol.

OMG.... :birthday: All I can say is you got one helluva steep learning curve to handle. Let me say this though, if you want in the sign business, you bought the WRONG equipment. And I'm still wondering what kind of matte vinyl will tear!?!?!?!?!? If it's truly vinyl water shouldn't affect it. :(

Nothing yet. Working on one that might possibly come... To me, "tramp stamps", where you get it on your lower back, aren't always a good idea. :P Tastefully done on other parts of the body though, can look quite nice imo.

Often you gotta be a big boy to get free sample. Free samples to everyone who asks, can run you out of cashflow pretty quickly. Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith and just try something.

54" FC8000 is a top notch plotter, beyond a shadow of a doubt. Sure there are some other nice ones, but that plotter should be able to handle most any sign project you throw at it for the next 10 years.
