    Not so. I've been working deals with companies for over 100 banners, 40,000 stickers etc. $5K+ print em and ship em jobs... and they want to know ALL costs, and they shop around. And I lost a $18K job that would've MADE my day/month.... to a wholesale outfit who decided in this case it'd be "ok"...

    Well doing work for a body shop and this vehicle really has to go out the door ASAP, so we're going for 24 hours and I let him know I'm not 100% comfortable with that, let him know the risks, and I'm not liable. He seems to understand and said that he has done a lot of vinyl repairs on vehicles...

    Man... crazy. My Valuejet I go 20-20-20-100 and get crisp black, and on economy vinyl, 0-0-0-100 is fine. Funny how machines are different, I had black issues like nothing else on my Falcon...

So I say no problem, get going with the job getting ready and then stop and think.... wait, autumotive paint with automotive clear... how...

    Well one part that trips me a little is the Falcon was it had an external waste ink bottle... easy access for a syringe. However, not so with the ValueJet.

    Or he found a cheap trick that works pretty good for laying down big hunks of vinyl. He isn't trying to market a product, isn't trying to sell anything, just found something that worked good and was sharing it. I own a BS, works fine for me. I also made a few squeegees for various stuff too...

    Your supplier was BSing you... sorry. Heat is essential to wrapping around any curve, I wouldn't take on any form of wrap job if I couldn't use heat... not even a trailer with flat sides...

    o phooey on the homemade press. lol. It gets replaced tomorrow anyways. Betchya that's my problem, never thinned the ink, off to try it. Got over 300 signs to crank out in 2 days, gotta figure this out! :)

    Hey guys, been printing some coro signs... and for some reason I keep getting "cobwebs" on my prints. use 220 mesh, straight plastisol ink, 60 degrees out... what am I doing wrong? lol.
