You really don't give up do ya? Unless you are an amazing installer, you aren't pulling it off. There are some tricks to making chrome a little more workable, but just wrapping a car... is HARD. Wrapping a car in chrome, would take an amazing amount of skill and patience. To better understand...

Heat gun. A heat press is NOT for screen printing, what so ever. You must either get a flash dryer or use a heat gun.

Simple, like has been mentioned, offer a professionally installed sign or a out the door sign. Do not cave and do a half *** job just to save money when it's possible you could end up in jail over it.

You bought a plotter and are just learning to use it with the program, ain't ya? Honestly, buy a LOT of design books and start practicing because that's a pretty bad start. It'll take awhile but if you dedicate yourself you'll get there.
