Just FYI everyone the press worked fine, but did enough with it to sell it and upgrade to a nice 4 color, micro registration press. My plan was 15000 shirts a YEAR Mosh, not a month!!!! o heck no, not a month. The way people are re-ordering this year though I'm slimming that back to maybe 6000 :(

And if you look back in that thread I backed the guy up for being a DIY'er and making a product from scratch to save a little money. First off his idea isn't original by any means. People have come up with contraptions before this... Secondly, my point was not to go out and copy this mans design. That wouldn't be the most honest thing to do. Just saying... it's a very simple device.

It is possible but pretty time consuming to say the least. Question is, why not find a shop that will print, laminate, cut and send back? I don't even charge our wholesale clients for cutting!!!!

Tell him he has 10 seconds to leave the shop before I call the cops. I have zero patience for customers. If I screw up, I do my best to fix it as FAST as possible. That is customer service and you owe it to them because that is the deal, that is the transaction. They get product A, you get cash...

Yep, a Tiburon would blow the doors off of a Accord. ;) Honestly, JV33, Valuejet and Vp540... all same class, just pick which one you prefer. I prefer Mutoh for a few reasons, one being ease of working on it, local support and because it has pinch rollers across the entire printer.
