Find your local aluminum supplier and make it yourself.You can buy square tube whatever size you want,2",3" etc.It will come in 24' lengths.Cut it down to whatever length you need prime it with stix, paint it and slap on a pvc post top.Makes a nice post.We don't use wood posts any more except...
Ended up getting paid in full and they also paid us to take it down.It was not that much work either.We made the gusset plates and pattern for the truss on the router.After that it was just a matter of bolting together a big erector set

I don't understand how using a cheaper substrate on a job like this could make the cost lower for the customer.You do the same amount of work no matter what material you use.So if you the signmaker spend $75 less on material.How much cheaper do you make it for the customer
