we also have had and are having SEVERAL projects where the permits are beyond ridiculous and cost us the bid.
There are some towns we service that we will straight up list the permit fees separate and tell the customer that we will be more than happy to design / make the sign but you are better...

IMO seems too good to be true, say you are CNC cutting wood or something with lots of dust. and then want to use the laser.
What all do you have to do to clean the machine prior to the laser?
what about using the same font that is used on the truck bed? Just make it bold

you don't, even if you are using the very cheapest vinyl and 3rd party inks, the labor alone will cost you more. and for get about trying to use plotter vinyl for the 1 / 2 color designs. Plotter, weeding, transfer, and then stick
