I'm thinking a heavy duty dolly with castors will do the job. Set up a cradle about the same height as the printer spool. It's mainly to get it from the rack to the printer so seems nuts to spend thousands when a simple dolly can be got for a hundred. Will post up what I finally run with.

If reds are weak you have ink limits too low. Simple.

I just noticed 12.1 has automated crop to PDF trim marks now. We receive a heap of posters with bleed and crop marks so this will save a lot of time. Doesn't look like you can enable it in job editor, only through a quickset so I set one up to crop to trims and added 2mm bleed to allow for trimming.

I used to do a lot of lasercut office reception logos and used low tack spray mask for a template. Offset the path 1 or 2mm & make some horizontal cuts through so it's easier to weed out afterwards.

Have a look at how much disk space you have set for auto deletion. I have an issue with tiling in Job Editor. I think only with vertical tiling. When manually adjusting tiles when you move one tile it throws all the others out rendering it useless.
