I would say even 651 is fine! ESPECIALLY if it's under the wax...I do boats in 651 all the time and haven't had an issue yet...

Hey guys...a couple of guys in the area want to go to a wrap school here in Oregon but the closest one isn't until April. We WILL wait that long if we have to, but if we can roadtrip to somewhere like washington or california or idaho to take a GOOD wrap school earlier we would be all for it...

Ditto -- the coarse is what we use. I haven't had that good of luck putting these on wet.

CropMarks -- If you are outlining something to make it thicker you can stroke it, select it then Object>path>outline stroke. Then you need to use pathfinder to merge it all together into one thick piece....

Badass - that's not a bad idea but my customers i don't think would appreciate having to peel the square striping around the edge after they install the decal...The heat press trick seems to have worked great for us so far.

I thin you guys are understanding me wrong. .50 per sticker...so 1.00 for the coupled sticker. if they buy 2000 coupled stickers...

Still needing someone to print these...customer said they'd be willing to pay up to .50 each as long as I CAN get them done... If I rotate one of the stickers 180 degrees and puzzle it with the other one, TWO stickers becomes 8.25" x 5"...Can anyone come close to the target price for 1000 of...

My current guy was going to make the price work but we just can't get the colors to pop :( I don't expect to make a killing but I want to be a one stop shop for my customer since we do everything else for him. EDITED original post to show actual sizing...it's smaller than I thought.

I use window juice and even then, it's impossible to do a job immediately here in oregon unless it's the middle of summer and 85 degrees out. I know it's bad practice but if I have to install wet on glass IN A HURRY and it's single-color vinyl, I install, squeegee a ton and then let the paper...

Yes we tried a double pass, a majority of the sticker is actually CLEAR. On the right is a small around of black lettering. On the left is the picture of a GLOBE that has a darkblue (that gradients to a lighter blue towards the center) and the continents are a dark green and towards the center...
