    Just for some future reference. Most programs will tell you to turn off your anti-virus software prior to installing their program, Not sure this would have helped you, but it's a good tidbit of in formation to remember !

    I have had my heater go into defrost mode and shutdown in the cold temps over night getting down as low as 14 degrees, and never turn back on until the next day . . . Printer (VP-540) was fine !
