    Xc 540 If everything is dried up and the heads can't be recovered you are looking at six heads at 825.00 each 12 dampers at 19.00 each 6 cap tops at 30.00 each and maybe a couple of pumps at 80.00 each have someone fire it up and run a test pattern, i can send the tech manual if you need one

    HP heads What is the life of the HP heads? Do they have a set number of times they fire and then they just shut off? How much do they cost?

  20. easiest way to clean a clogged head

    Print heads If it is still deflecting after you flushed it, try taking a wiper with some cleaning fluid on it and running it accross the bottom of the head. You may have dried ink causing it to deflect. Go easy as you can also force unwanted material into the nozzels. Do this as a last resort.
