    still not enough, sorry. serif vs sans, logo's vs no, have very close to ZERO bearing on cost construction method, materials, cost of goods in your area, your shop overhead, installation method/site condition, etc etc etc. dont forget permitting sometimes you just have to work out the cost...

    I would think ANYTHING past completely clear would block the IR enough to cause issues. holes cut in the template would be my preferred method

    dont worry about it. liquid lam shouldn't be in the 'holes' which is the reason people say not to lam perf.

    since corr is only 1/2" pouncing should go quite well, would probably just need to 'finish off' some missing parts after pounce. would be MUCH easier than trying to lay mask (and the mask would most likely fail and you'd have under-running etc.

    wouldn't use a mask. pounce, project, grid all three are easy for a painter
