try placing the fonts on your desktop then right click one and go to properties and check the details tab. I've seen some fonts listed as TT0005M_.TTF but the actual font is Swiss 721 Bold BT.

not sure it's relevant in your case but the pinch rollers can get caked up over time and cause slipping especially on long runs with heavy stock like reflective. Does sound like a media feed issue though. Some plotters have adjustable pinch rollers and they all have be set to the same pressure.
Have tried the Corel Forum? You can insert the file there for users to look at. I've never called Corel Tech support in the 20+ years I've been using Corel.
Two problems I see. One is you should NEVER print, export or save as any clipart with gradients as eps. You will make me and many others very angry. We always use hi res tiff rgb or cmyk. Pdf is a good option too though.
No need to get into problem #2. LOL
In Corel I created a macro to make bleeds. Select all the shapes you need a bleed on then hit the macro. BAM! doesn't matter if they're all different colors either.
Tough to do without a lot of on hand measurements. Not something we usually tackle but we could print it with no guarantee it would fit. Any reprints would be an added cost. As would any color inconsistencies.
What file format? Have you already factored in a lot of excess?
We used a Mimaki for years until it went belly up. Company purchased the HP360. Great, you can laminate immediately after printing. That's the only benefit. I've went into much detail elsewhere on this forum about the pit falls.

just for giggles try dumping the clipboard or just copy something really small and then closing. I've found in other software having a large "copy" in the clipboard will slow down closing files.
