Labor is way too low. You should be getting $125/hour minimum for labor outside of your shop, plus travel time. The guy who comes to service my printers gets $150/hour labor and $125/hour for travel time, 1 way.

The problem with filtering outside is, if you are sending 1200 cfm outside, another 1200 cfm needs to come in from somewhere else. It's like off loading all you A/C to the outside, you'd have to bring in warm air from another source, usually from outside. It's called MUA or "Make Up Air" in the...

May be worth having a guy make a profile for you if this material is going to be a regular run for you. Just sayin'.

If you don't use it, get rid of it and sub out your intermittent jobs. Cost if ink and maintenance is robbing you of profit.

Do you have the correct profile from the manufacturer for that printer/ink setup and material? Also the correct heat setting?

Try sales, see how good you are with that. The sales come first, then the equipment.

Don't work yourself out of a job, but just subbing out the banners to a wholesale printer would have saved you a ton of time. It's not just the printing, but it's the finishing that's a time killer.
