    11 10 call grimco and see if they will warranty the inks, they did buy the rights to 11-10 which I understand is made by NAZDAR who is still around. Before doing anything I would check the shot count on your heads, if they are over the expected life no one is going to cover it.

    Gravity Any way to adjust where the carts are in relationship to the print head. Moving the bulk system up and down can change the way the ink flows to the heads.

    Mutoh Is it a Falcon? If so check to see if the sponges inthe capping station are puffed up. This will cause the inks to migrate into the dampers.

    head rank How many lines is the head rank? Try putting in the old one and see if the printer will take it. If it does the head rank my not be right for that printer or you are mixing up a number for a letter

    Sponges If they are dried out chances are your station is shot. All the sponges do is keep ink from splashing back on the head when the pump is pulling down ink.
