Your part I know the part you are looking for, held in place with two screws. I can take one off and old head but you will have to take the head out of the printer. My guess is that the heads nozzles will be damaged as well

White tube connector I agree on that tube connector, I don't see how that part was used for that connection, way to small of an id. What did you use to replace it?

Cj500 last one of those I sold was 2001. This is the second generation printer cutter from Roland. Original set up was for water based pigmented inks, some were modified with heaters to run solvents. if it is solvent, profiles will be an issue. Most parts are still available.

Mimaki vs Roland The JV33 has one head and one capping station, the Roland XC series has six of each. The capping station on the Mimaki is a much better design and can last years while the Roland cap tops are a consumable and not even covered under the warranty

Head have you tried putting cleaning fluid into the cap top to see if it is draining? Taking the head out is involved and I would do it as a last resort. It sounds like the MS is shot.
