  1. Launching new site soon - feedback welcome

Clarification... I need to clarify, sorry. This jpg is only design layout. The images are all filler, as I will put my on work in each box. The point of this draft is to look at the menu layout, the form of the page, the footer section (as that is increasingly more important for search engines...
  2. KISS Web Development

CircleSigns, I'd also check out http://www.camelback.net/ This is pretty sweet too, I used it before but not currently.
  3. Mini Van Wrap Feedback

So I have been avoiding it like the plague, however wanted to get some feedback. I have a 2007 Black Dodge Grand Caravan factory tinted windows. I have avoided wrapping it to show off our sign business because I find it difficult to make a minivan look good wrapped. Opinions? Can a minivan...
  4. Launching new site soon - feedback welcome

I guess not really secret, I guess not knowing anyone here just feels weird exposing so much detail when it isn't live yet. I'm probably just being obtuse, so forgive me. Cool? Anyway yes, the site has a clean look to it, our thought process is develop a strong local presence with brand...
  5. Launching new site soon - feedback welcome

So, overall not a good impression I suppose? Only stating that because the focus is on filler verbiage. You guys still feeling me out to see if I am legit or something? Anyway, have a good night I am gone for now...
  6. Launching new site soon - feedback welcome

Not a connection to us. To be honest, our new name is similar to that, so when it launches in a few weeks it will make more sense.
  7. Launching new site soon - feedback welcome

Frankline is filler, ironically it looks to be a design company our of Belgium or something???
  8. Nightmare Latex Printer

Flat metro in the Carolinas, so we are pretty much sea level. Room temp always around 73 degrees. Humidity is stable, but I have not tested that.
  9. Launching new site soon - feedback welcome

Oh, and I blurred out the new company name, one cause it is still secret (oooh I know kinda silly but whatever), and two it seemed to say in the rules, not to post logos or something like that. So please try to look past that.
  10. Launching new site soon - feedback welcome

Hi, so we are having a new site designed. Specifically to offer online ordering to our local community. Not going after national accounts as we aren't ready for that. With that said, I freelanced this project out and got our first drafts today. I wanted to share one of the drafts with you all...
  11. Latex on fabric - black scratches?

I have a few rolls of Fisher Textiles, and I simply can not get black to saturate at all on there, at best it is dark grey. I have very limited experience with fabrics (like polyester) etc... Will the L25500 actually produce on these materials or am I hoping for too much? The print quality is...
  12. Nightmare Latex Printer

Is there a wait period to post pics on here? Thanks
  13. Nightmare Latex Printer

Hi, I did not try that. I am not making custom profiles for this machine, so I had not adjusted ink levels. On this machine, can it be an independent adjustment or is it the whole inkset that is adjusted? If individually controlled, should I start with the black?
  14. Nightmare Latex Printer

This I tend to agree with. This fits with what the techs have said. Per the tech (HP tech) the airflow needs to be high to disperse the carrier in the chemical process. In fact if it is too low, it allows the oil even more, because the carrier isn't dispersed enough. First of all, I have read...
  15. Nightmare Latex Printer

For me it seems to be most prevalent in maroon color reds, blacks, etc... What you say makes sense, and I was asked by the techinician over the phone if I see condensation on the printer, but I said I had not at this time. When you say no failures what do you mean? For me, if I wipe the print...
  16. Nightmare Latex Printer

True, True... As I type this I am waiting to send the script to the printer that HP has asked me to download. Can you believe the file they send is 800mb????? Anyway, this maneuver should isolate if it is a profile issue. Hope so anyway...
  17. Nightmare Latex Printer

    No worries...
  18. Nightmare Latex Printer

I didn't skip town. Took the wife too lunch! Solvex is simply a material I use when I am doing prints that aren't going to be laminated but need mounting to foamboard etc. The 8mil help is mounting. I do realize it is cheap grade material, but... I am having the same issue on Arlon 4500...
  19. Nightmare Latex Printer

Hi first post here everyone, so be nice :D We bought our L25500 in November and from the get go it has had wetting issues. Once we got the heat/dry/airflow dialed in, we are now experiencing re-wetting issues. Print will come off perfectly dry, only to re-wet the next day (oily) HP and our...
