I'd use a small "raceway" to hold the numbers and apply the raceway with a strip of hook and loop 1" wide, heavy, cut to the width of the raceway. If you want, paint the raceway the color of the building and it will blend away. Whole thing could be Made out of Gatorboard or PVC (Sintra)
Even if you remove the paint it will leave an area of different clarity due to uneven UV and weathering. The previously painted area will leave a ghost image in the face. You can sometimes get around this by a first surface application of the new graphics with an almost opaque base applied...
I have a GBC FALCON 60+ and have not had any problems for 8 years. Very heavy industrial equipment. Will need 220V 30amp if it has hot top and bottom rollers like mine. Check the rollers for cuts and see it run if possible. Service is available from GBC in Chicago. Nice solid equipment and...

Purchased a new S75D two weeks ago, shipped in two days, no problems. I switched from Mimaki so not sure what the old vs. new is all about.
Might have trade restrictions into Canada or some added...
we set up QuickBooks (Mac) years ago with all line items needed for our operaton and it is working great for us. Never tried a dedicated "sign estimator". Seems too many local and even personal variables to work very well. Estimation is not just pulling numbers but having the knowledge to see...
