    I only quote by the hour on certain types of jobs. After 20+ years in the business I can work much faster and be more productive than someone who has only be doing this for a few years. Why punish yourself for being experienced?

    Nature of cmyk solvent printing. Limited color gamut. Profiles and rendering intent play a big role. Have you looked into the Roland Color/ Spot color matching.

    If it was binding it should show an error message. Looks like you have "full width scan" turned off. If turned off, the head will only travel the width of the printed area not the full width of the printer.

    Check out the extremely fast Sheeter. http://www.weedersheeter.com/ Just line up the front edge and crank the handle. You can apply mask on a 8-10ft. pc. in about 5 second wrinkle and bubble free.
