Rob I was directing my question to FrankW, he seems to think the weights you are giving include the cart. If what he is saying is correct then the software that calculates the amount going through the head is incorrect on your machine.
What actually tells the printer it is low on ink? a sensor on the cartridge, or the printer, or is it the chip attached to the cartridge. If the chip does the printer calculate the amount used when a file is printed?
If that cartridge has been sitting un-agitated and also has an expiration date of 10-2012 I would not use it. Reason being if they are not agitated the titanium oxide separates and can not be resuspended just by agitating!
Gino I got the same sample kit that you did and it did have Rapid Tac II in it. I took it outside around 4:00pm and just brought it in and it is not frozen (Temp here was 17 deg and is now 14). So I would contact them and findout why what you have has frozen!
