i have had damaged packages from both, probably more from UPS, but i get more from UPS. UPS is good to me, they have dropped packages off at my house when i wasn't at the shop without me even asking. the driver recognized my truck parked at home and just dropped off the package. fed ex...

no, why would you want to. anything that makes life easier i'm all for. i stayed away from smart phones for ever, the last 6 months i've had one, i see the benefits. i save more time with that thing than i could have imagined. wouldn't give it up for nuttin.....

i modified an old felt tip cartridge to hold a pen. it worked forever until i got a pen plotting thingy... which i've had for like 15 years and it still has what seems like infinte ink.....
