Ya' pays your money...ya' takes yur chances. Seriously though, I've bought and sold since 2001. Only a handful of minor problems not worthy of mentioning. Just be careful, research your seller (if you're buying) and make sure to read the fine print.

If you're going to have your brochure professionally printed at a commercial printer, then I would strongly urge you to stick to Quark or InDesign. The others will work, but aren't the best choice based on most printers work-flow.
