  8. Issue with first time doing wall decals

    You might consider using a product like "Wall Flair" or "Photo-Tex" Those are products that are specifically made for wall application. They are removable and much easier on the paint. I know this doesn't solve the present problem but may be an alternative if you decide to try another product.

    Try replacing the cap tops, but only with originals, not knock offs. The edges around the tops might not be sealing correctly.
