  1. Anybody tiled a job to a vj1204 using Photoprint

What I meant was you would manually have to set your overlaps. It sounds like you pretty much did the same thing in PS. Good luck. I hope everything works out for you. :)
  2. Anybody tiled a job to a vj1204 using Photoprint

Couldn't you just open your file in photo print, make a big rectangle the size of your first panel, put it over the beginning of your print, mask out that area, print, unmask, move the rectangle over to the next tile location, mask, print, unmask and repeat? Just make sure to leave in the...

  7. Someone stole my design

I agree with Pat. How close is the design? How much "design" was there? But main thing is no deposit no design! Joe said it best, you need to put a value on the design part.

  11. Glossy "Wet" Carbon Fiber Wrap Film?

I also agree with hydrographics. I do a lot of work for a local guy who does it and it's a very cool process and end result. It's perfect for interior car pieces.
  12. Paint peeling off trailer

Thanks for all the replys. The customer understood the problem and just wanted to fix the issues and move on. He understands the risks and knows that there are issues that might come up in the future. We did a complete coverage on the back door to cover up the huge blank areas and then we prime...
  13. Paint peeling off trailer

Yeah I highly doubt re-paint. There was only 1 layer of paint, the aluminum was very smooth and it only effected 2 of the 3 sides. The drivers side went on perfectly. It was only the passenger side and back that had issues. I'm assuming a bad batch that was used on those 2 sides.
  14. Paint peeling off trailer

Gino, that white panel was applied by us. It's part of a hammer handle. This not costing us a dime. My customer understands that he is going to have added cost. It's not our fault. :)
  15. Paint peeling off trailer

Ok So here is my issue. I was putting vinyl on a trailer today and when we were pulling off the transfer tape a ton of the paint came with it. It is an 08 black trailer. I have never seen anything like this happen before. It was in very good shape and wasn't repainted or anything. It was factory...

  18. Cutting down a Roll of vinyl to fit cutter.

We have used a circular saw many times to cut down a roll of media. Use a fine tooth blade. Like stated above, it's a rugged looking cut but it will work fine.
