So finally got around to loading this up with ink, So far I have dampers and caps in it. Had heads soaking this whole time and figured I should give it a whirl. I think fairly well for the price I paid. Now to get some profiling up and going and see what it can do.

any basic rip should print their positives of of a ps file, even a jpg for that matter. I have never had a problem with file type. But one never knows the other shops workflow.

Im sure its along the same lines as using a PC-600 in flexi. I still run 2 of these head burners and use flexi with them. Mapping spot colors is easy and adjustable on each setup. Yes its very easy to change registration mark colors too, sorry I did not read this earlier.

Its all in the size of the table or pushing 8' then pulling material to other side of table and pushing the remainder. The BS requires a true flat and large table. if your pushing 54" wide prints your table needs to be at least that wide. They do work great on smaller things and are fast...

I just went thru this with a canopy, Acetone works wonders too and so does any harsh Plastisol remover/cleaner.

What program are you using? I just put the material in, it measures it and i draw artwork that will fit in it. I use flexi, have never used the colorcamm software that came with it.

I just used a circular saw to trim mine to size. messy but worked great
