Good question, font management can be a chore. I have some duplicates too but so far I've been afraid to delete the duplicates because they have different names and if by some chance the font is specified with the alternate name I like to know I've got it instead of trying to match it up.

Sounds like your X Axis motor might need to be replaced. If you do a multi color job and find that the registration goes off substantially between the different colors then that is likely the cause. Call Gerber if you have continuing problems.

If you just select all the individual lines of text together (shift/select) then use the text tool to start a new text line and paste into the new text line, then all the previous lines will be combined into one. I think it will be one long line but at least you'll be more than half way there.
