materials pricing isnt really where you make the money. its so minimal from catalog down to rep pricing its not going to do much.
as mentioned above, its speed and turnover.
you have to remember too, that we see a ton of shops make this same very stupid mistake of under charging.
but on the backside of that mistake is them realizing they SCRWED up big time. they offer the customer zero support on any failures and they raise their price on the next job.

from what ive read if you stay in a cuban house it must be licensed by the gov or they and you can get into trouble.
is this true?
i read that the licensed ones will have something to the effect of a sticker or something in their home window.
