Usually the diecut is a one time fee. Just depends if you think it will make the person you give it to more likely to hol on to it or throw it away.

if the quantities are high enough, sometimes it makes sense to outsource coro signs. on quantities over 100 we use victory signs. you can set up a resale account with them, and get 10-15% off the prices listed on the site.

we generally make our own from 1X2's but I know they carry tounge and groove pre-mades at hobby lobby. probably not in that quantity though.

on most new digital printers if you Design and print a RGB file you wil have a larger color gamut than even a professional CMYK offset press. End result = brighter colors

it goes against all of my graphic design training, but I now design everything we print inhouse in RGB. you get much better colors in the blue/red spectrum that way. if I need a bright blue I print in MaxImpact instead of Prepress US and if I am trying to get a good red I use SignAndDisplay.
