  1. Edge 2-- Vinyl slipping off sprockets

Gerber owns the rights to the hole pattern so other brands have to make their own and don't always get them right. that makes it harder to line up the holes and as Fred pointed out, may be your issue or it just may be the holes aren't set up right
  2. Edge 2-- Vinyl slipping off sprockets

what brand of foil and what brand of vinyl?
  3. awning cover up?

if that is too much for them, printing on vinyl banner material and rigging that up would look better than a patch. if the area was nice looking you could do a contrasting patch to make it look intentional, but that area looks beat up
  4. awning cover up?

yep, that sure is true. since they are using it to advertise the business, you'd think they would want to look nice but they hardly ever see the value of that
  5. awning cover up?

how hard would it be to replace those sections of the awning with new panels? it looks nasty as is and patched over won't help the look much. new panels might help clean up the look of the place as it has a run down feel to it
  6. ha ha ha... your kidding right?

what I love is when it is a "designer" who does that with the balls to also ask "is this better?" just want to scream "no dumba$$ it is the same file re-named"
  7. Message center source?

Watchfire is made in the USA with parts made in the USA. not suppose to have any cheap Chinese LED or other components
  8. 4' x 10' sign cabinets

not sure what you are talking about as the set up for channel letters look like what you do on screen when you set it up. too tight or too spaced look the same on screen as it does in real life, it doesn't change. I've set up countless files for channel letters and I don't do anything...
  9. 4' x 10' sign cabinets

totally agree!!! I didn't post this in the open forum as I never really know if it OK to suggest a company that isn't a merchant member here. Hanson is a great company to work and Chris is awesome
  10. Remodeled Website

for a website that isn't trying to market to the general public I like finding what I want without a lot of nonsense. I like this set up as it is easy to find what you are looking for. no need for spinning/flashing/in your face crap, just a good clean list of what you have

the font looks OK to me. I can read it at thumbnail size, it isn't overly done or too plain. I think it works as is.

how does a woman Santa appeal to women? a Santa that looks like Chris Hemsworth would appeal to women but a chick, not. we women sure do get giddy over the word "sale" and will throw down our aprons to run off the store.

your last design looks awesome! you can tweak up to the next level or go for it as is, either will work.
  17. For critique

when you do an out or inline, look for odd shapes that happen and edit them. in the first I marked a couple of areas that look off. in the second one with the black outline, I'd move the percent symbol up or would do it's own outline as it blends into the number as white on white where the two...

your first designs were good and did just need a few tweaks. a bunch of us took a look at it and made suggestions based on what we saw. you listened to everyone and made some changes. I don't see what the problem is with anything that you did. there will always be those who re-design the...
