Font navigator isn't loading fonts in designs that I have. So I load it in font navigator and use it and the next day it is out again and doesn't load. It doesn't even suggest the correct font to load? I recently upgraded from X3 to X5 if that makes a diff. Where should I look to fix this...

We started with a trial of Corel and AI and selected Corel because it was a little easier for us to use. It does a pretty good job for us and the only downside is AI is pretty much the standard so we are always fighting with getting AI/pdf files that have elements in them that we have trouble...

Stepping back for a second here. When you let your customer determine terms you are a commodity. When you determine terms you are a premium product and price as such. We work very hard not to be a commodity.

We had a school come in and want to see the finished product before they paid. We told them 50% down and 50% to pick up. Once they approve artwork it is a done deal. They sent us a check.

We charge 50% up front and the rest before it walks out the door. Small or big makes no difference to us.

Our biggest problem, well 2 of them, but the worst is having to do 4 color process when the colors are spot colors and the second worst is design that is just awful.
