I had exactly the same problem. It turns out something got changed and I solved it by undoing those changes. I didn't change it myself, it just happened. Somethign about windows getting confused. Do some searches on dma and pio. here are some solutions. http://winhlp.com/node/10

we just did 5.5x8.5 2 sided fliers from a powerpoint supplied file. while it wasnt perfect we were able to get it done with only minimum editing.
