I'm closer to 60 than I am to 50 and lately everything above the neckline has started to hurt. Some of my 24 hour work days have been stretching into 36 -- 40 hour shifts but I think it is all in my head. It sucks to get old.

Maybe edit the header - "should I dare to answer". I thought Mike's post was on topic. But what do I know, I am just one of the faceless user statistics.
As to the question to stay on topic
New layout is ok - Old layout was ok.
The packaging is normally not the most important part of a product...
These aren't gold plated or anything but they look like a step up from the standard no frills set-up.

I am with team exposure, the left side must be getting much more sun than the right with both the regular print material & the window perf failing on one side only.
Either that or it is political - Right side is in pretty good shape in 2017 - The Left, not so good.

I think I jumped the gun calling in calendered. They use the same description as a calendered film but under Cast or Non-cast it says N/A
Same doc shows intermediate graphics as one of the suggested uses...
Now we have new info.
If your printer has Flexi that is the best format to keep it in. No need to introduce PDF issues into the work flow. Just confirm that his version is at least 10 or higher (same or higher level than you or you will have to save down and that can add more fun to the job)...

Need to either close the path or use the "Path Direction" tool to flip the direction and try exporting again.
Not sure if Flexi will fill open paths the way Illustrator can, maybe no...
So it appears that I am not the only one who ignores the manufacturers warning on the bottom of those light posts that say they are not to be used to hang banners or fly flags from in any way.
I think the heavy cable top and bottom (shower curtain style) is a good idea but not from posts like...
We had pretty good luck with this:
Citristrip 1 qt. Safer Paint and Varnish Stripping Gel-QCG73801T - The Home Depot
on a fuel taker trailer that had Controltac burned into the paint.
It's biodegradable- citrus based so you can put it on ice and drink it during the removal.
But I am with the...
Ahh - I didn't think that it was already apart - makes sense now. Worst case would be to slide the station back in there - plug the drains and fill it with solution - Sounds like you already have it worked out.

The time it will take to change out that station shouldn't have an effect on the nozzles - unless you are going to take it out one day and put it back the next....
An hour would be a long time to do that swap even if it is your first time. If you are worried you could park the carriage over on...
I agree with Bob that this would be better done in something else but if it is all you have and you want it to fade to white:
Put a rectangle over your bitmap - give it a gradient fill of white to black - set the transparency mode of the rectangle to screen (or lighten) with a 100% opacity.
