The floor graphic I assume is laminated with lexan, why the grout pattern showing on certain part and not on others? Was it printed on clear? That will explain the color change also.

Wouldn't you usually print first then sewn & grommet later? We bought nylon or polyester fabric from Joanne's (fabric store).

Last resort is to print on clear and lam to reflective when having small types.

That looks like a plastic bag sealer for food packaging use. With banner welder, you usually walk the banner or walk the welder if it is a portable one.

It can be cut with a CNC router. Just the inside corners won't as sharp as waterjet or laser. My local guy charge me $100 per hour as well.

If you are set up for large large format jobs, inherently you are at disadvantage competing with smaller shops. Vise versa, small shops can not compete with you for larger quantity jobs.
