I have 4 inks sitting at 10% or less. They have been like this for a week now and still I get no low ink warnings. I leaving for a week Friday and I am pretty sure with the printer in sleep mode it wouldn't run out of ink.... would it?

Is this not an issue for all printers as far as using profiles and rich blacks? so I know from experience that a 50% black will not get me the grey i want to see but something either greeny or browny

I know it is the chain or band that runs the rollers, as I have had this issue twice already. It seems to get slack or losse... never to the point where it stopped turning. I just wonder if it is going to be a continual issue every 6 months or so. I will say that I use my laminator almost...

I suppose the best thing about this happening is that I have a big squeegee and it was refreshing to use it to put down some smaller prints. less static issues too!!!

Almost a year and a half old and the rollers just stopped turning. I have had this issue a couple of times whereby it takes about 2 or 3 seconds to engage even though you can hear the motor turning. Today in the middle of a run, the motor is running but the rollers are not. Guy coming tomorrow...

Try printing in unidirectional and or also go to 8 pass. I will assume you knowhow to media adjust on the fly

It was not for me but a customer who wanted the font (dax) to do his invoices and letterhead. I sent him to the site and he purchased what he wanted for $89.00 (4 different weights). heck i remember my old 4b and sprint used to cost me about $400.00 a font!!! ahhhh the good ol days
