    I have been doing the same, as far as going after large bids. I have gotten a couple that required bonding. I don't understand the GC requirements. Is this a state job or a government job?

    I hope this isn't a stupid question, but do you have an organization similar to OSHA up there that monitors safety, enviromental issues and what-not? If so, I would call them anonomously and ask them if there is a waste drop around.

    I use Windex or soapy water for a porous surface, if glass or smooth then alcohol. It dries quickly.
