I keep telling you guys, we need to come up with our own reality show. I like to believe that we are more intelligent than the masses and could come up with something that keeps everyone interested. After all, we do entertain ourselves pretty well.

I would be sure that you had a hondfull of guys to help you get it loaded to something that is definetly close to the ground and be sure it is totally secure and locked. It is a short distance, but a change in direction no matter how slight can cause a catastrophe. Good Luck

I love it and that is my Mantra. There have been several cases of hurry up I needed it yesterday to, oh well they changed their mind and direction. That is why I collect my 50% up front.

We keep everything in file cabinets. If for some reason the artwork and paint, etc.. is not in my production file on computer, I can always look back. I have been working towards less paper, but find that no matter how much I have on my system...I am quicker at looking in a file.

You can post on Craigslist and you will get a ton of responses for designers. They are usually just out of school, you will need to weed through and see if there is any talent you can use. We did get a few qualified with experience.

I charge for any design work if the job comes through or not. You should be paid for your work.

If you have put work into it, you should be paid.
