You just showed why canned profiles do not work very well a lot of times. The L25500 is very dependent on environment, especially altitude as your vacuum setting shows. At 90 on the curing I would keep a close eye out for oil prints especially if you're winding up the banners. With the right ink...
How do you know I am not getting a government sub check for printing banners?
I can do them at $1.50 a square foot that way and get more business than I want.
Billboards at $.75.
Thanks Obama!
"Do you cut the edges of your banners? Sew? Tape?"
Weld hem them. Rarely us tape except for some material. Never sewn anymore.
"If sewing or taping, is there an "additional fee" that you are adding?"
Always quote prices complete and most others want to tack on cost, and explain how they...
You can't use that much ink. You should be able to get a great black by throwing only 100% black at it. That is 100% black not linearized or profiled black.
As for ink not drying curing heat is one issue, the other is to much ink, especially a problem when to much light inks are added. I have...
Looks like 61.5" and no more.

One great thing about LexJet is you can order the media and try it and if it does work for you they will take it back and give you credit.
I would also look at Grimco and Advantage Sign Supply for this type of material.
Has anybody noticed any issues (nozzle clogging) one way or the other? Turning it off or leaving it on in sleep mode.
I have done it both ways and haven't noticed any difference.
I don't recall seeing any rips that support the ColorMunki. At best if the RIP supported the onboard spectro you could do do linearization, ink limiting, and curve adjustments for the light inks on the RIP. And then use ColorMunki to create a profile, but again the question would be how well...
That all depends on what RIP you using. The ColorGate RIP allows me five different setting so I can keep the light inks high (40 to 42%) in the light areas but I can control the transitions so that no light ink prints from 80% on up or how ever I want to set it. The Fiery on the other hand does...
I noticed so many references here to people using linearizations and profiles produced by others and many times not even for the media that you are using. In most of my testing of downloaded profiles or ones that come with the RIPs they leave a lot to be desired. Which confirms my conversations...
