    An .eps file can hold both vector and raster images. Try printing something without enlarging it.

    It may be from pixelation. Try printing a photo at the normal size and see what you get.

  17. Applying vinyl issues, need advice!

    The detergent is used to break the surface tension of the water. A couple of drops in a gallon of water is more than enough to perform this task. You should be able to do this job dry.
