    There is a paint free dent removal guy who comes around to fix hail dents. He has a big tent and uses three of those Amish heater deals inside the tent. He works all winter long, can't be that warm, but he does it without a coat on.

    I have applied 3M reflective et a few times, never had a failure yet.

    Print two posters...printing double sided on a jet is a PITA! It can be done but printing two posters will turn out better and take way less time.

  16. Removing decals from stainless steel?

    That 3M remover works great, turns the decals to snot. Just scrape them off with a lil chizle and clean up with 3M adhesive remover, if needed.

    +MDO. DO NOT use laytex paint. Vinyl won't stay on it very well. Must be new at this?

    Cut them on a shear would be 1,000 times faster, AND for a perfectly clean cut. Get a better jig for you router that doesn't require the taping. I bet I could rout 100 corners in an hour with this jig on our router table. I have made custom sizes and inverted curved ones for fancy signs too...
