    Wow I thought 500% markup was a lot. I guess it's all about perceived value. And we have sign people afraid to charge what something is really worth. And if you charge market price you have other sign guy's beating you up thinking you're robbing the customer. I just don't get it. JR

    Hi Jodi, where did you buy your plotter from and your software? That would be a good place to start. Was it working before you bought it? Getting old plotters to work with new computers is tricky. Good luck JR
