Next time try 32 bit then to 16 and 8. There's a way to avoid gradient lines without the filters in that article. I've done it many times but im just not at the office to look at my actions pallete. Your always going to get...
I had a client once want a perfect white to black gradient on a vehicle and I had no problem printing it without gradient lines or banding. ( or green!)
Created the file in 16bit > made gradient RGB 0 0 0 to 255 255 255> flattened image > converted to 8 bit > ripped and printed from RGB...
Here's a little something I did a while back for a client in photoshop with my Wacom, CS5 and the all new pressure sensitive mixer brushes.. The sky is the limit. I had never used the mixer brushes before this project but now I can't stay away from them. Started with several pencil sketches...
Give it 8 months. The wrap will be faded away and ruined. Then, you can stress to them that without proper removal- it could rip the paint off. But you can professionally remove it for 500$ lol.
I use factory inks in the Rolands. If your going to by a decent printer, don't be a cheap @ss. Stick to what works. Stick to what was engineered for the printer.

Basically want something for outdoors, that is 1-3" thick cut in a erfcet circle with a matching acrylic face. (it doesn't matter if its 1 or 3" thick but I wasn't sure what materials are out there.) so.. Same thickness all the way through.
