I use publish to PDF, there are a few options depending on your desired use of the file (prepress, document distribution, web etc.)

I'm going to have to disagree, some of the best designers on this site use Corel products, Joe Diaz, SignManiac and Neato to name a few are corel users, i'm sure i'm missing a few as well.

Photoshop has much better aftermarket suport such as plug-ins and many online tutorials, I use CorelDraw as my day to day design program and I love it, but photoshop is better supported. But like Bob said, it comes down to the dummy with the mouse, not the program!
