    Is it a new roll? On new rolls we always start the print past where it has been exposed, like 12"-14" in.

    Oracal 631 is exactly what you need. That paint need to cure for a week or two at least.

    You do know it is 2014....NOT 2010. It is just a guide, adjust all prices to fit your shop needs. Installation will be different on just about every job anyways.

    It should cut the back objects last. Select each one in the order you want to cut and arrange it to the back, then go to the next one...until you do them all I cut industrial stencils and do it this way, when I first got the file it cut one here and one there, now it cuts them in order and saves...

    solder a fuse around it and see if that works. I have two of those, one still is cutting (as I type) the other one I have as a parts machine..(sorry I might need that part someday)

    That is about a $50 plotter (I still have one just like it running), you are going to spend more than that in time messing with it. Time for an upgrade! FYI, I leave mine on...infact I can never remember turning it off...LOL I got it in 1991 or 92...

    I think I have done that 500-1000 times in the last 26 years...what do you need to know? FYI, I use Max-Metal for stuff like this now, Looks better, 040 sometimes looks wavy.

    3 cups on top three on bottom, don't waste your time with a pole pocket or rod. Cups in the corners and one in the middle of the top will be plenty.

    Use rigid stencils cut on a CNC. Just use some thin wire and hot glue the centers of letters in place on the stencil. If the wire mark shows after painting an easy touch up, thin enough wire and no touch up required.

    Print a crop mark and trim them. If there are a bunch trim just two sides and have a print shop trim the last two on the press cutter they could cut a pile at a shot.

    I take it you have a shear and a slitter to cut them down? I will say this again, Firesprint will print them for less than what you are going to have in materials, let alone time.
