+++Just take a good straight on pic of the van and work from that...unless you plan on doing a bunch more wraps. Even using a template ALWAYS double check the measurements.
Take a flash drive in with you and have them print something you bring. That printer listed...you have to buy the toner separately? Did I read that wrong?
I use my Big Squeegie to laminate anything shorter than 6 feet long, lots less waste. 90% of my prints are less than 6' BTW.
You do need a super flat table is the only problem I have ever ran into.
Plot pattern, ponce on top of some cardboard, flip over the pattern once ponced lightly sand the holes to make sure they are all open, high grit sand paper
When it is layered and laminated. A piece of lexan on it's own is NOT bulletproof. I have shot some.
That is why I always get a kick out of The MythBusters when they hide behind that lexan stand...
