Just wanted to report back and let everyone know it was the blade holder, I installed a new blade holder with the old blade and its cutting great, just like it use to. So if you ever have the Jaggies when contour cutting, check your blade holder. Thanks to those who gave me guidance....

Could be, but it's NOT doing a perf cut maybe just small connected dashes? The blade holder is tight (no wiggles), however I now this the cutter is making small steps instead of one long smooth continuous stroke. So, the question is: Where and how do I change that setting for the printer/cutter?
