It's almost certainly one of three things.
1. The plastic cutting strip is worn and needs to be replaced.
2. The blade is worn or chipped.

That doesn't sound like a solution to me. The only other thing I can suggest would be to locate and delete the .PRM file with the name that matches the file you are working with. The PRM stores your GSPPlot settings for future repeats. Then the next time you send the job to GSPPlot, a new PRM...
:guido: Well Gino, there are actually three different fonts and I can tell you that I only recognize one of them for sure. Perhaps you'd care to share your expertise as to the ID of them.
The top line is Mistral. Can't tell with the rest. The third line is not Mistral though. What would help would be if you could crop just the text from your original and upload it. That way it would be larger and easier to see details.
