Just figured out it was the EPS margin. I guess since I had to re-initialize the program I had to go back in and reset it. Thanks a ton for the help now I can attempt to salvage the day and make a little money
After some workarounds I can now get only pdfs to contour cut correctly. I usually use EPS files which are smaller and faster to open is there a reason for this? Again as usual any help is appreciated. I have zero issues importing EPS ever with any other program
Verscamm vp540i not complete cutting. Whenever I add something in flexi and add contour cut to it the program shows a solid non stop cutting line. When I import to versaworks and click properties to zoom in you will see a blank spot where it doesn't finish the cut line and then continues after...
I myself have found it very comparable to the 3651 just with air release. As I've mentioned I've used it many times with zero complaints. I have bought some really cheap stuff that has been garbage but as far as Instant One goes I've got nothing but positives to speak of it. I actually got a...
I'm not sure if they ship to Canada or not but Instant One Media is a great alternative vinyl that is also air release. We've personally used tons of it and have zero problems. at $129 a roll i believe plus whatever shipping would run you can't beat the price or quality in my opinion.
We've used a ton of the calandered and it works great for us. Also used a little cast and seem to work great. As far as the laminate I match a cast lam with the cast but have had ZERO problems with their laminate on their calander vinyl. For the price and the flexibility you can't beat it in...
Did the above method today and worked like a charm so very appreciative for the help. My only question or concern is wondering how a smooth finished piece of max metal would go through the laminator? Full sheet nothing but factory cut. Let me know if you have this, again it would be through...
If your trying to save on vinyl but still use a good material have you considered Instant One Media? They also have a cast vinyl that is really good and in all honesty really cheap compared to others. Just an idea, we use it and love it here
Just pulled a trigger on a new RS 55" cold laminator with take up, LOVE IT! No issues using it as I am familiar with how to work them but am wondering the best bet to mount a 4x8 to a coro or max metal board. We tried the put the first couple inches then running it but it leaves a line near...
Looking for wall and floor illusions. They don't have to be free but wasn't sure if there was a site to use freely or pay to download them. I am looking on doing a couple walls and floors for a customer and they want the hole "looks like your walking into a tunnel feel" We've done these in...
I happen to offer my products at a fair price that comes with quality and value as well. Because I choose to not charge as much as you does not make me wrong. If anything it makes me fair. I'm sorry I dont believe in charging $7 a sq ft on banners, I'm sorry I don't want to charge ridiculous...
I'm really not shorting myself. With my pricing I stay competitive in my region. The area I'm in is tough and loaded with cheap a**es. I've worked my tail off to own every piece of equipment and so on so I have very little overhead which allows me to pay myself well and at the same time keep...
$3 a sq ft with you providing artwork or $4 a sq ft if we design. Anything complicating we charge additional for artwork. We hem and grommet them all as well
You should always specify exact size needed if this were the case. But in your defense if its just in the FAQ area and not the terms then I would demand a redo. If they don't I would simply stop using them and bite the bullet and remake them with another company. IMO
I like them but I think the side with all your info on it where the light green line on the bottom is it becomes hard to read the info on it. Just my opinion but like the layout
Looks like a terrible blade, also I would readjust the depth to make sure that is correct. If that all fails buy a new carraige holder for it. Just my suggestions
If this was implied toward me 4 sets a day for a week isn't a weeks worth of work (atleast for me). We can pop out 50 sets in a day without a problem provided materials in stock. Again all I've said is the pricing listed above we could never get where were located. If you can charge $100 a...
You can be the greatest sign shop in the world but where I come from you can make your pricing competitive or you can be out of business. My competition charges what they charge and you either compete or get beat. I used to charge $60 a set for about 4-5 years and barely did any, switched my...
