I see all these $60-$100 for a set of magnetics and think to myself boy if I can get that I'd be rich. We get $40 a set for full color 12" x 24". That's the most we can even charge because the pricing of the other shops in my town. I'm not talking about out of my garage shops either I'm...
We've always used Nazdar and pay $125ish but to be honsest I finally tried out 20/20 from Grimco since it's been redone in past year or two and have had zero problems and price point is fantastic. Price for carts 440 are roughly $75-$80 i believe. I personally would try 20/20 for the price and...
Never used them myself but know a few who have and they did a great job for them plus there pricing is great. We just had them price out some large pan faces which were about 30% less then anyone else and shipped straight to the job for use
I am in the same boat and have recently decided to change my relaxed half down method to anything under $100 gets paid in full anything over that is atleast 1/2 down depending on job and nothing is taken without the rest of payment in full. The few exceptions are a couple colleges and factories...
After moving into a shop 3x's the size were on a tight budget and need to add a laminator and we've looked at a US TECH cold lam which is crazy cheap at $2600 but then it intrigues me to see a lam on ebay with heat assist for same price. Granted I know these are chinese and all that good stuff...
Have a customer looking to order some small stickers with the brush looking finished to them for the back of rv's that he sells. Anyone knowing a supplier who can do these please inbox me.
I would unplug then plug back in. If it still doesnt work I would try another plug to make sure there wasnt a surge in that plug. Also I would suggest a backup battery box which is what we bout for only $249 incase power ever goes on it automatically comes on for like 12 or 16 hrs I believe to...
I would tell them to enjoy and when their product fails from not installing it right and they want you to do it, maybe your busy and its actually $200 extra now to rush it for them?
Fixed my problem. After looking at the max metal I received it looks as if all the boards are warped about 1/8". We started putting down by hand and though it takes a few minutes extra were getting done just fine. Thanks for all the replies
Dreaded eco solvent. Im using Avery 2923 matte air release vinyl. Never really had a problem before using big squeegee and felt is good and in one piece
Hey guys are laminator we have is currently down and we are needing to apply 12 4' x 4' vinyl prints to some max metal signs. We have tried using the big squeegee but it is not laying down well at all and we have already reprinted 2 pieces. Any tips on laying down the vinyl would be helpful...
Started in a small 350 sq ft building with a copam 24" cutter, bunch of materal & $300. First customer we ever had spent $450 and I made $250 profit off a few banners. Thought I would be rich. Yup I learned I wasn't going to become rich pretty quickly lol. But I've stuck with it for a little...
We recently switched to 60* on most things just because of detail. Truthfully though for the cost of a blade we will just replace it with a new one every 3-4 weeks regardless is its still good. I'd suggest just buying up like 10-15 blades and keep them in stock. Its like ink, you have to have...
You should be able to nest them together then print as it is. If you don't have any contour cuts marked on the 1st job it should not cut that job. It will print both together and go back and only cut the contoured one out. after you load both jobs hit the nest button then double clikc it to...
Needing some help here. For some reason whenever this morning I am opening a file rather it be a new file or old file all the letters are automatically closer together where there basically overlapping each other. Is there possibly a setting or a hot key I hit to do this and if so how do I...
