Im running 8.6v1 and im getting the same problem on large files .I noticed the issue after upgrading to 8.6v2 then down grading back to 8.6v1.

How did you tighten the head,,i have a loose head on mine and need to get in touch with them as well.....was it easy? Got any tips?

go to Bitmap at the top and scroll down to rasterize its in this option you can pick from RGB or index colors Grayscale or black&white...not sure if this is what your looking for or not.

Mine powers off with the handle up as well.

Im not sending you Jack ,sounds like flexi owes you 375$......and yes i have no issues with vista...because i was smart enough not to load flexi in vista even though 8.5 and up is VISTA READY.:doh:

No say you change the heater settings in the profile,,,or any setting it will revert back to the default the next time it is open in PM it will not save the settings.

To the top.............still waiting on someone from SAI to call me back.........:rock-n-roll: the only way around the profile issue is to make a preset.....but you haft to go in printer property and choose that preset every time you open pm..if not it will print with the default profile...

Could Vista be a piece a shit because u dont know how to use it just like you say the peeps with flexi errors dont know how to use flexi LOL:doh:

Yes and they all go back to default when i open PM and R/P.

Just upgraded to 8.6v2 from 8.6v1 and every time i open PM all the setting i have put in for some reason go back to default and also in the new R/P area it will not hold type 1 registration marks it keeps defaulting back to type 2....GRRRRRRR:banghead:

Updated flexi today from 8.6v1 to v2 and now all my colors have a haze look or over spray type look....... what could be causing this....it was printing perfect before the upgrade....:doh:

Hey thanks for the information....i have the Graphtec software but never used it as flexi was just good enough for the job......I may just start using it along with Adobe illustrator......That feature added into flexi would be great!!!!! :rock-n-roll:

I use the Graphtec Fc7000.

Ok i did a test and it cuts both contours on each sticker ,one after the other, now i got to figure out how to get it to do a contour and then a die perf cut and have the 2 different pressures .

How would this work in my Graphtec,,,,i want to place a contour cut around my image then place a perf cut around the whole image ..............when this is sent to the cutter how will it know the 2 different pressures of the cuts? will it cut the first contours on all the stickers then go and do...
